Aberrant lncRNA may contributes to development of cancer. It remains, however, a challenge to understand associations between lncRNA and cancer because of complex mechanisms involved in associations and insufficient sample sizes. With unprecedented wealth of lncRNA data, gene expression data and disease status data give us a new opportunity to design machine learning method to investigate underlying association mechanisms. In this paper, we propose a network-driven approach named NLDAM which for lncRNA-disease association mapping. NLDAM detects associations between lncRNA and genes, genes and disease. NLDAM constructs an association network, where nodes represent lncRNA, genes or disease status, and weighted edges represent significance of associations between nodes. NLDAM identifies significant paths from lncRNA to disease based on the weighted scores. The experimental results on synthetic datasets show the advantage of NLDAM in terms of lncRNA selection accuracy than traditional methylation sites search methods (including NTSDMHN and IDHI-MIRW) under false positive control. Furthermore, we applied NLDAM on ovarian cancer data from The Cancer Genome Atlas database and identified significant lncRNA-gene-disease path associations, among which we analyzed top 10 paths associated with oncogencs. We also provide hypothetical biological path associations to explain our findings.

At last it offers theoretical reference for equipment maintenance quality evaluation methods research. The national military standard "The requirements and methods for evaluation of weapons and equipment maintenance quality" that is promulgated and implemented in 2002 points out that, equipment maintenance quality evaluation is a technical activity that in accordance with the prescriptive standards and requirements to evaluate and manage the equipment maintenance quality. In recent years, how to form the support capacity of new equipment rapidly is the major task to us. As the core of equipment support ability, equipment maintenance quality has also been an important problem. Equipment maintenance quality evaluation is a crucial method to objectively reflect the quality level of equipment maintenance, an important means to promote the continuous improvement of equipment maintenance work, and have a significant impact on quality management level of equipment maintenance and support system.

Free-form feature shapes are prevalent in automotive, aeronautic, and aerospace industries, etc. The traditional free-form feature shapes design method based on surface control points or lattices has the following faults: difficult editing and modification, operating semantic ambiguity, long time-consuming, designing inefficiently, and so forth. The reuse of free-form feature information is achieving significant attraction in geometric modeling. Wavelet and its multiresolution analysis theory in CAGD/CG and CAD domains have been found to be very effective in treating geometric modeling and free-form feature surface design due to its properties of localization both in time/spatial and frequency domains. We introduce the fundamentals of wavelet and wavelet multiresolution analysis, and discuss how wavelet multiresolution technology is applied to design reuse for free-form feature shapes design by virtue of the wavelet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm. The approach indicates that the design information reuse of free-form feature surface not only improves the efficient of surface design, but is of great benefit to the surface modification and editing, and definite shape semantics, etc. We develop a multi-agent distributed system architecture environment supporting design information reuse. The collaboration and communication among the multi-agents in the system architecture are based on ontologies.

This paper presents a master-slave force hybrid coordinated motion control method which is based on the model predictive control (MPC) algorithm. In the paper, the kinematics model of the dual 6-DOF arms is build. Six axis force sensors are installed at the ends of the two arms, the master arm adopts the position control method and the based on the model predictive control algorithm DMC theory force/position hybrid control method is adopted in the slave arm. According to the kinematic model of the dual-arms, the end pose and joint angle rule conversion library is established, and the motion prediction model of the manipulator also is established. By using these models, the slave arm can acquire the position and direction of the master arm synchronously, and the current end position of the master arm is also used as the reference input value of the end position of the slave arm. The rotation operation sequence of the joint angle rule conversion library predicted model and end pose apply to the joint motor, drive the end of the robot arm to move to the target position. After doing these we could synchronously realize position tracking. In our experiment the current position tracking could be realized through the simulation analysis of six degree of freedom dual arm robot.

This paper presents a master-slave force hybrid coordinated motion control method which is based on the model predictive control (MPC) algorithm. In the paper, the kinematics model of the dual 6-DOF arms is build.
